How much does it cost?
The cost to sell your property is broken into two parts
1/ A professional Bricks and Clicks marketing campaign as outlined by the agent. Choose between one of two Bricks and Clicks marketing campaigns.
(a) Basic Bricks and Clicks Marketing Campaign. Cost Nil
(b) Platinum Bricks and Clicks Marketing Campaign. Total cost $999. Payable upfront when property is listed.
2/ A one percent plus gst agents commission (total 1.1%) payable at settlement once property is sold.
